Business DevelopmentFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes "THE POSITION" and "DESCRIPTION OF WORK". We need to use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must only include sections when posting has real specific content. We need to preserve all substantive info, no boilerplate. We need to parse content: - The posting includes a description: "THE POSITION Are you looking for a rewarding career in law enforcement that offers professional growth? If so, become a Parole Agent 1 and help guide individuals who are rebuilding their lives. This hands-on trainee role will teach you how to supervise offenders who were released on probation or parole to serve the remainder of their sentence in the community. Successful completion of the 12-month training period will result in a promotion to Parole Agent 2 with an increase in salary. Apply today to join the Department of Corrections in their mission to promote public safety and reduce recidivism! NOTE: Senate Bill 411 merged the Department of Corrections and the Board of Probation and Parole. This position is within the Department of Corrections." That's about the role. Could be "About the role". We'll put that in

About the role

and then

with that text (excluding note about Senate Bill? It's part of description, keep it). Remove boilerplate like "Apply today to join..."? That's part of description, keep. - Then "DESCRIPTION OF WORK This position focuses on learning how to supervise individuals on probation or parole as they work toward successful adjustment in the community. As a Parole Agent 1, you will perform the following duties:" Then list duties: bullet list. We need to put Responsibilities section with

Responsibilities

and
  • each duty. List duties: - Field Operations: Utilize a state vehicle to meet with parolees where they live and work - Community Outreach: Coordinate with parolees' employers, counselors, and family members to provide support and evaluate progress - Treatment Planning: Develop and update supervision plans based on individual needs - Case Guidance: Help parolees and probationers address personal challenges that affect their transition - Agency Referrals: Refer individuals to programs that assist with employment, substance use, mental health, and other needs - Court Participation: Provide testimony and information during court proceedings related to supervision and compliance We should keep the colon and description. - Then after duties: "Interested in learning more? Additional details regarding this position can be found in the position description ." That's maybe a link but we can ignore as boilerplate? It's not a duty; it's a reference. Might be considered filler; but it's not a list. Could be omitted? It's not substantive? Might be considered boilerplate. Safer to omit. - Then "Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment, 40 hours per week Work schedule and hours are to be determined. You will work holidays and weekends as required. You must be willing to travel. This position is eligible for full retirement benefits at age 50 or 55. This posting may be used to fill multiple positions within the Allentown District Office at one of the locations below. Your actual work location will be determined based on operational needs. Allentown District Office, 2040 South 12th Street, Allentown, PA 18103 (Lehigh County) Reading Sub Office, 633 Cherry Street, Reading, PA 19602 (Berks County) Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position. Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.You will receive further communication regarding this position via email. Check your email, including spam/junk folders, for these notices." We need to extract schedule, benefits, pay, location maybe. We have schedule: Full-time employment, 40 hours per week; Work schedule and hours are to be determined; You will work holidays and weekends as required; You must be willing to travel. We have benefits: This position is eligible for full retirement benefits at age 50 or 55. We have pay: Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. We have location: Allentown District Office address and Reading Sub Office address. We also have telework: not an option. We need to decide which sections to include: Schedule, Benefits, Pay, maybe Location? There's no heading for Location in prescribed list; we could incorporate into About the role or maybe a separate section? The instruction only lists specific headings; we should not create other headings. So we can include location info within About the role or maybe within Responsibilities? Probably About the role is fine. We must not create sections with filler like "not specified". We have actual content for Schedule, Benefits, Pay. So we can include those sections. We must not repeat job title as heading. Already not. We must not include Job ID etc. We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. So we need to strip all the "QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY" etc? Wait, that's qualifications; we need to keep qualifications as content. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we must keep qualifications section. That's a major part. So we need a section for Requirements or Qualifications. The prescribed headings include Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We have qualifications details. So we should create a

    Qualifications

(or Requirements). The content includes Minimum Experience and Training Requirements, Special Requirements, Other Requirements, Legal Requirements. We'll keep all that as

    or maybe

for lists? The qualifications are not a simple list; they'd be paragraphs. We'll put them in

preserving the text. We also have "EXAMINATION INFORMATION" etc. That's also substantive? It describes how application works, exam info. Might be considered application instructions? It's about the process; but it's not boilerplate; it's about how they evaluate. The instruction says remove application instructions. The "EXAMINATION INFORMATION" seems like application instructions. Likely we should remove it. Also "How to Apply:" etc is definitely application instructions; remove. We also have "Veterans:" etc and EEO statement; that's boilerplate equal opportunity; remove. We also have "Telecommunications Relay Service (TRS): 711" etc; that's maybe accommodation info; could be considered boilerplate; remove. We also have "The Commonwealth is an equal employment opportunity employer..." remove. Thus we keep: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Schedule, Benefits, Pay. Possibly also include location within About the role. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content. Now we need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. We'll produce:

      About the role

But note we need to preserve the line about "You must meet the PA residency requirement ." There's a space before period; keep as is. We also have "For more information on ways to meet PA residency requirements, follow the link and click on Residency Guidelines." That's a reference to a link; we keep it. Now schedule:

We might also include location within About the role. Let's craft About the role text: combine the initial paragraph plus note about Senate Bill 411 and location info. Original About the role text: "Are you looking for a rewarding career in law enforcement that offers professional growth? If so, become a Parole Agent 1 and help guide individuals who are rebuilding their lives. This hands-on trainee role will teach you how to supervise offenders who were released on probation or parole to serve the remainder of their sentence in the community. Then location info: "Allentown District Office, 2040 South 12th Street, Allentown, PA 18103 (Lehigh County) Reading Sub Office, 633 Cherry Street, Reading, PA 19602 (Berks County)". Also telework note: "Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position." Could be included. We'll include location and telework in About the role. Thus About the role paragraph will be long; we can keep as one

. Now ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "Apply today to join..." it's fine. Now check for any leftover boilerplate: The "Interested in learning more? Additional details regarding this position can be found in the position description ." We omitted. Also "Work Schedule and Additional Information:" we used for schedule. Now check that we didn't duplicate content: The schedule section includes the same info as in Work Schedule and Additional Information. Good. Now check that we didn't include "You will receive further communication regarding this position via email. Check your email, including spam/junk folders, for these notices." That's application instructions; remove. Now check that we didn't include "This posting may be used to fill multiple positions within the Allentown District Office at one of the locations below. Your actual work location will be determined based on operational needs." That's location info; we included location but not the sentence about multiple positions. Might be considered substantive? It says may
