Responsibilities
- Plan, staff, organize and coordinate all activities in dining areas of all care levels.
- Responsible for continuous evaluation and Quality Assurance audits of Dining Services.
- Perform advanced entries for Point-of-Sale system, including Resident history, point transfers, refunds, etc.
- Be available to provide timely service support to Dining Room personnel as needed.
- Assist Dining Service Director in the development of operating budget.
- Maintain or exceed standards of appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health standards.
- Create banquet event orders and distribute accordingly.
- Maintain up to date employee records.
- Promote the Vision, Values, and Mission of Skyline in all areas of responsibility.
- Perform other duties as assigned or may be necessary.
Requirements
- A High School Diploma or GED, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Two (2) or more years in restaurant supervisory experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in senior living preferred but not required.
Qualifications
- Completion of a background check.
- May also include physical, drug screen, TB test, and fingerprinting depending on state/local guidelines.
