Parking Valet Attendant

Pay Rate: $8.00 per hour plus cash tips. Full-time and part-time positions available in Salt Lake City, UT.

Schedule

• Afternoons and evenings
• Weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner
• Explain parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles
• Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines
• Maintain company uniform appearance
• Resolve guest issues with a positive and helpful attitude
• Be active outdoors most of the day, standing, walking, and occasionally lifting items up to 50 lbs
• Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects as requested by local management

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience
• Ability to drive a manual (standard, stick-shift) transmission
• Energetic, outgoing, and physically able to stand, run, and carry items up to 50 lbs if needed
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with a friendly and professional approach
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and resolve customer issues positively

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of valet parking experience
• 1+ years of customer service experience
