Parking Valet Attendant

Pay Rate: $8.00 per hour plus cash tips. Full-time and part-time positions available in Salt Lake City, UT. Shifts include afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner.
• Explain parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles.
• Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines.
• Maintain company uniform appearance and resolve guest issues professionally.
• Remain active throughout the day, standing, walking, and occasionally lifting items up to 50 lbs.
• Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects as assigned by local management.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Ability to drive a manual (standard, stick-shift) transmission.
• Energetic, outgoing, and physically able to stand, run, and carry items up to 50 lbs if needed.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and resolve customer issues positively.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of valet parking experience (preferred).
• 1+ years of customer service experience (preferred).
