About the role

The Parking Supervisor is a working supervisor responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of the parking staff within the venue. Duties may also include management functions. This role is a Part-Time Seasonal Position.

Responsibilities

• Assist in making sure all parking areas are safe, clean, and orderly.
• Maximize the space usage of all parking areas.
• Direct and supervise parking staff and other employees performing parking services as directed by the Parking Manager.
• Provide guest services by greeting and assisting guests and responding to guest inquiries and complaints.
• Lead and train staff to include assisting in staffing positions to ensure that all staff members are well-informed on event specific details.
• Manage breaks.
• Aid the Parking Manager to ensure compliance with all parking department and venue policies and procedures, including safety regulations.
• Show CARE by participating in the venue’s sustainability program, which may include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste, such as sorting waste and collecting recycling, and educating fans about the venue’s efforts.
• Oversee productivity and work assignments of the parking staff and communicate with the Parking Manager (or designated Manager) about any challenges and status of all assignments prior to the conclusion of the shift.
• Assign and schedule team members to specific duties.
• Role model and enforce safety, health, parking, and security priorities.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years in Guest Service and/or a similar role.
• Creative problem-solving skills, excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy.
• A keen sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs.

Qualifications

• Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting, and carrying 50 lbs. + and occasional sitting.

Pay

The expected compensation for this position is $17.60 USD - $22.00 USD per hour. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
