About the Role
The Parking Reporting Specialist will support remote back-office operations for parking and vehicle-assistance field services, including dispatch, scheduling, billing, records, and customer care. The role focuses on delivering decision-ready analysis grounded in current records rather than memory or guesswork.
Responsibilities
- Execute specialized parking reporting workflows within parking service operations, ensuring decisions are data-driven.
- Track, own, coordinate, review, and maintain the Parking Reporting Specialist workflow by:
- Building reports around clearly defined metrics.
- Investigating anomalies instead of masking them.
- Documenting calculations and assumptions.
- Translating findings into practical next actions.
- Validating source data before analysis.
- Document reporting decisions clearly so teammates can follow the reasoning.
- Use sound judgment, especially when escalating issues rather than making assumptions.
- Ensure decision-ready analysis is accurate, secure, traceable, and accessible to authorized teammates.
Requirements
- Confidently apply research and stakeholder communication in parking reporting workflows.
- Maintain awareness of exceptions, owners, and deadlines without losing track.

Pay
Base salary: $42,000–$62,000 per year.
Schedule
Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
