The Maintenance staff performs a variety of tasks to ensure a smooth operation of the parking facility, while delivering service that exceeds our customer/client’s expectations. Depending on the needs of the location, the Maintenance staff is responsible for general maintenance and repair of facility and parking equipment. This role involves daily custodial tasks, basic maintenance, routine inspections of parking equipment, and provides courteous assistance to guests. The position plays a key role in ensuring the facility meets company standards and delivers a positive customer experience. The Maintenance staff works closely with fellow team members, Operations Manager, and/or Shift Supervisor to ensure that cleanliness as well as safety standards are met at all times.

Responsibilities
- Ensure general maintenance of the facility by performing basic upkeep tasks such as replacing lighting, assisting with minor equipment repairs, and maintaining overall cleanliness of the property.
- Complete daily custodial tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash bins in garage, restroom, and office areas.
- Maintain the appearance of the garage by ensuring all painted surfaces—including poles, signs, doors, walls, curbs, and gates—are clean, properly maintained, and meet company standards.
- Perform daily checks of parking equipment (including ticket dispensers, gate arms, and related equipment) to ensure proper operation and general appearance; assist with maintenance and repairs as directed
