About The Position

  • Promote public safety and ensure compliance with parking regulations
  • Enforce parking laws and regulations promptly
  • Document parking violations accurately, ensuring proper records are maintained
  • Take responsibility for the proper care and maintenance of issued equipment and vehicles
  • Interact professionally and courteously with customers, providing information and assistance as needed
  • Report incidents, security concerns, and maintenance issues promptly to the appropriate authorities
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with the team and superiors
  • Foster a sense of unity and camaraderie within the parking enforcement team
  • Support colleagues when needed and promote a positive working atmosphere
  • Embrace a culture of inclusion, respect, and teamwork
  • Provide exceptional customer service to parkers, addressing inquiries and concerns with patience and professionalism
  • Educate parkers on parking regulations and offer guidance to ensure compliance
  • Aid in emergency situations when required
  • Monitor parking to maximize revenue collection while minimizing unauthorized parking
  • Identify opportunities to improve parking enforcement efficiency and effectiveness
  • Assist in the development of strategies to enhance profitability for both the Company and our clients
