About the Role

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly manner
• Direct all cars into the parking lot in the correct order
• Ensure proper attire for weather conditions
• Check cars for passes and direct them to the correct locations
• Remain alert during shift and report suspicious behavior to the Parking Supervisor and/or Security
• Collect fees from patrons looking to park in the Event Center parking lot
• Position or remove barricades/cones to prevent parking in certain spots
• Collect signage and cones at the end of the shift and place them in the appropriate location

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills
• Able to work alone or in a team environment
• Available to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays (occasional morning shifts per event type)
• Able to stand for long periods of time, up to 8 hours or more
• Able to stoop and bend
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds from time to time
• Able to safely work with potentially dangerous chemicals and equipment
• Able to comply with safety and health code standards
• Able to handle responsibilities that require repetitive motion tasks
