Summary Of Responsibilities
- Ensures that security measures are in place and functional
- Maintains secure watch over the lot and enforces parking lot rules
- Routinely removes trash and debris from the lot and cleans facilities as needed
- Verifies authorized access for all vehicles entering the lot
- Takes payment in accordance with company guidelines and procedures
- Provides excellent service to customers as needed
- Maintains a positive and professional demeanor
Required Experience
- High School Degree (GED), some college preferred
- Excellent communication skills -- verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Bilingual skills a plus
Pay
$18 - 20.03 per hour
