Responsibilities

• Help customers with entry/exit transactions
• Ensure parking equipment is in operating condition
• Direct traffic to appropriate parking areas
• Perform vehicle counts to prevent overfilling
• Charge customers for parking
• Screen parking lots for permits
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Use hand signals and lights to direct patrons
• Report accidents, incidents, or safety concerns to the supervisor
• Position or remove barricades as needed

• Dependable
• At least 18 years old
