Who We Need

The Parking Ambassador performs essential tasks to ensure the smooth operation of a parking facility, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include:

• Helping customers with entry/exit transactions
• Maintaining parking equipment in working order
• Directing traffic to appropriate parking areas
• Performing vehicle counts to prevent overfilling
• Charging customers for parking as directed
• Screens parking lots for permits
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Using hand signals and lights to direct patrons
• Reporting accidents, incidents, or safety concerns immediately
• Positioning or removing barricades as needed
