Job Duties
- Cleans site's grounds, gardens, and water features - collects litter, debris, and trash.
- Performs weekly work orders such as maintenance of vehicles, tractors, ATV's, etc. under supervision.
- Provides a high level of customer service.
- Maintains assigned power equipment and hand tools: buffers, auto scrubbers, extractors, high pressure washers, high speed buffers and vacuums, brooms, mops, and squeegees for the cleaning and general maintenance of floors, walls, carpets, furniture, etc.
- Assists other personnel in the completion of their work for the purpose of support and to supplement in times of staff shortage.
