About the role

The Membership Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for parents, guardians, and visitors, both in person and by phone, managing the membership tracking system, program registration, general inquiries, and assisting families with navigating online systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for parents, guardians, and visitors (in person and by phone)
• Manage membership tracking system
• Handle program registration
• Address general inquiries
• Help families navigate online systems

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong customer service and organizational skills
• Comfortable using computers/online systems
• Must pass a background check
• Mandated Reporter certification required (training provided if needed)

Pay

$16 per hour

Schedule

3-5 days per week, after school until 6:30 PM
