Responsibilities
- Answer passenger calls, collecting all necessary trip information for the permissible time period.
- Provide system information for current, new, and potential passengers on accessing and using the transportation service effectively.
- Complete data entry of passenger file information and specific trip requests, negotiating requested times where necessary or appropriate.
- Provide feedback to passengers via follow-up calls as a course of duty or as required by schedule changes.
- Communicate passenger cancellations in a timely manner to scheduling, dispatch, or vehicle operations personnel.
- Maintain a safe work area and focus on safety to reduce the opportunity for injury to self or other employees.
- Maintain accurate records and appropriate filing systems.
- Communicate effectively with operations staff regarding scheduling or passenger issues.
- Handle multiple tasks accurately and effectively.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service with a professional demeanor and appearance.
- Reliable in attendance and act as a team player, helpful to staff, management, and peers.

Requirements
- One year of professional experience in office administration, reception, customer service, executive assistance, or a similar field.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Pre-employment background check and drug screening.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge and working experience with Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on creating and maintaining spreadsheets.
- Experience with SharePoint is a plus.
Skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers, vendors, and all employees from drivers to executives.
- Proficiency in computer systems and reservation software.
- Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills with strong attention to detail.
- Superior problem-solving skills with the ability to think on one’s feet.
