Paraprofessional (Para)

About the role

We are seeking a Paraprofessional (Para) to transition into a Behavior Technician (BT) position. You will receive training and support to work in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) without needing prior RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Work one‑on‑one with children to develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Celebrate meaningful progress and make a lasting impact on the lives of children and their families.

Qualifications

• Experience working with students in a classroom or similar setting.
• Familiarity with supporting behavioral, social, communication, or academic needs.
• Ability to build relationships, encourage independence, and help children reach goals.
• No prior Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
