Paraprofessional (Para)

About the role

We are seeking a Paraprofessional (Para) to transition into a Behavior Technician (BT) position. Your experience working with students—supporting behavioral, social, communication, or academic needs—has already given you many of the skills needed to succeed in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). We provide the training and support to help you make this transition, and no prior Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Celebrate meaningful progress and make a lasting impact on the lives of children and their families.

Requirements

• Experience as a paraprofessional supporting students with behavioral, social, communication, or academic needs.
• Ability to build relationships, encourage independence, and help children reach their goals.
• No prior RBT certification required; training will be provided.

Benefits

• Paid training and support to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.
• Collaborative, supportive team environment.
• Meaningful work where you can see the difference you make every day.
