Responsibilities

• Develop and implement professional development programs for educators
• Provide curriculum support to schools and districts
• Conduct research and analysis on educational trends and best practices
• Collaborate with school districts to improve educational programs and outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in education or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Master's degree in education or related field preferred
• Experience working with diverse student populations
• Knowledge of state and federal education policies

Skills

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Benefits

$60,000 - $70,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.
