About the role

The successful candidate will provide support to teachers and students in the classroom setting. Responsibilities include assisting with lesson preparation, managing student behavior, and providing individualized attention to students as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in preparing lessons and activities
• Support students with academic and social-emotional needs
• Manage student behavior and maintain a safe learning environment

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid Georgia driver's license

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Experience working with children in a similar capacity

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
