About the role
We are seeking skilled Paramedics to provide advanced emergency and non-emergency care in Chattanooga.
Responsibilities
- Responding to emergency and interfacility calls
- Performing ALS assessments and interventions
- Administering medications per standing orders
- Reading and interpreting EKGs
- Operating advanced EMS equipment
- Providing patient care during transport
- Safely lifting, transferring, and moving patients
- Completing accurate Patient Care Reports
- Maintaining equipment and ambulance operations
Qualifications and skills required
- Valid Tennessee Paramedic License and Driver's License with a safe record
- High School Diploma or GED
- Current CPR certification and strong BLS proficiency
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- 18+ years old
Preferred credentials
- ACLS
- PHTLS
- ITLS
- NREMT-P certification
