Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency calls and assess patients' needs.
• Provide lifesaving medical treatment within your scope of practice.
• Administer emergency medical care, including stabilization, monitoring, and resuscitation.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and medical personnel.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow care directives from supervising providers.
• Support unit readiness by keeping patient rooms and work areas clean, stocked, and orderly.
• Participate in staff meetings, in-service trainings, and department projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Paramedic Technical Certification or associate degree.
• Current State of Arkansas Paramedic Licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).

Qualifications

• Prior experience in emergency services or acute care is preferred.

• Strong critical thinking and sound judgment.
• Ability to work independently in high-pressure situations.
