About the role

We are looking for experienced Paramedics to join our team in the Cheyenne, WY area. Full-time and PRN positions are available.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergencies efficiently and promptly
• Administer basic first aid and medical support to patients in accordance with federal, state, local, and company policies and regulations
• Assess the nature and extent of injuries/illnesses to prioritize medical procedures
• Effectively communicate with medical professionals and treatment facilities to obtain instructions regarding further action
• Effectively communicate with client and site personnel regarding any worksite incidents or hazards
• Demonstrate a strong orientation toward teamwork and understand the importance of coordinated efforts
• Remain cognizant of the constantly changing worksite environment and construction site hazards
• Ensure quality clinical standards are practiced at all times
• Document all findings and treatments clearly and concisely
• Conduct oneself in a helpful, dignified, and professional manner regardless of stress level and personal circumstances
• Assist Site Safety Managers and Personnel in maintaining the safest and most secure work environment possible

Requirements

• Paramedic (EMT-P) State Certification and/or National Registry; must provide proof of reciprocity
• Previous EMT/Paramedic experience, 1st response experience, or emergency 911 experience preferred
• Current First Aid/CPR/AED certification; additional certifications are a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and employees
