About the role
Join our dedicated EMS team in Southern Oregon's Rogue River Valley, serving a 911 system that handles approximately 17,000 calls annually.
Responsibilities
- Assess emergency situations and determine appropriate actions within a 911 system.
- Provide Advanced Life Support (ALS) care and transport following Oregon Paramedic protocols.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families to deliver care and reassurance.
- Lead scene management and collaborate professionally with healthcare and public safety personnel.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid State Paramedic License and Driver’s License.
- Certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and PHTLS or ITLS.
- Pass physical agility test and maintain a compliant driving record.
- Some healthcare experience preferred.
