Paralegal (Temp)

Responsibilities

• Correspond with potential clients during the intake process and maintain regular communication with existing clients for active cases.
• Primary work is with EB-3, H1B, OPT, TN, F1 and F2 visas.
• Prepare immigration petitions and responses to Requests for Evidence, Motions to Reconsider, Responses to Notices of Intent to Deny.
• Oversee and lead various projects and deadlines.
• May be required to research unique legal issues by identifying applicable statutes and judicial decisions.

Qualifications

• NC Paralegal Certification
• Associate’s Degree Preferred
• At least two years of experience, Immigration Law preferred
• Solid writing and verbal communication skills
• Must be organized and detail oriented
• Able to effectively multitask
• Able to adhere and meet strict deadlines

Pay

Pay Range: USD $25.00 - USD $30.00 /Hr.
