Paralegal - Real Estate Finance - Charlotte

About the role

This position supports a dynamic real estate finance practice in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Responsibilities include execution of complex real estate finance transactions such as diligence review, drafting of loan documents, closing coordination, and review of title commitments, title exceptions, and surveys.

Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of paralegal experience in a law firm
• Commercial real estate experience is required

Qualifications

Strongly preferred:

• Bachelor's degree, or
• Paralegal certificate or Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies, or
• Certified Legal Assistant (CLA) designation
