About the role

Reputable, mid-sized law firm seeks to add a Real Estate Finance Paralegal to their team! An ideal candidate will have 6 + years of Real Estate Transactional experience and a proven ability to handle all aspects of a commercial real estate transaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree/Paralegal certificate
• 6+ years of Real Estate Transactional work
• Handling all aspects of a Commercial Real Estate Transaction (title/survey review, due diligence, document drafting, closing/post-closing)
• Experience in highly structured middle markets
• Experience with asset-based lending, acquisition, and real estate finance transactions

$80,000 - $150,000 per year
