About the role
This role is based in Winstead's Atlanta office.
Responsibilities
- Supports attorneys in the preparation and review of documents related to commercial real estate transactions and real estate development projects.
- Reviews and processes title and survey reports, ensuring compliance with local and state regulations.
- Assists with entity formation and structuring, including drafting and reviewing agreements and contracts.
- Coordinates with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Manages client files and maintains accurate records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of paralegal experience in a law firm.
- One of the following credentials is strongly preferred: Bachelor's degree, Paralegal certificate or Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies, Certified Legal Assistant (CLA) designation.
