No red tape to cut through here.Specifically, you will:Send letters of representationUpdate clients on case statusCollect documents and info from clientsEvaluate client needsConnect clients with internal and external resourcesAdvocate for clients internallyAssist attorneys with pleadings, correspondence, and schedulingObtain world dominationWhat You NeedAt least 3 years of pre-lit and litigation experience in Personal Injury; 5+ years preferred. (Required)FileVine or Case Management System knowledge (Preferred)Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Experience drafting and reviewing legal documents.Experience with medical records management.Ability to work directly with senior leadership while exercising a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
