Litigation Paralegal (Personal Injury)

About the role

Located in Houston, TX (onsite). Our client, a respected plaintiff-side personal injury law firm, is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys through all phases of litigation. This role is ideal for a highly organized legal professional with strong drafting, discovery, case management, and trial preparation experience. Cruitin is partnering with our client to identify a detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced personal injury environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

• Draft, file, and manage pleadings and court documents.
• Prepare, serve, and respond to discovery requests.
• Communicate with clients, attorneys, experts, and witnesses regarding case progress and deadlines.
• Coordinate depositions, hearings, medical examinations, and other litigation activities.
• Organize and maintain case files, evidence, and litigation records.
• Assist with expert designations, subpoenas, and trial preparation.
• Provide litigation and trial support, including exhibit management and courtroom assistance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of civil litigation paralegal experience; personal injury experience preferred.
• Paralegal certificate or Bachelor's degree.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal court procedures.
• Proficiency with legal research platforms and case management software.
• Excellent writing, communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay

$30-$45+/hour DOE
