Paralegal, Litigation (Part Time)

Preferred Experience

• Demonstrate analytical ability, good communication skills and judgment along with great organizational skills in managing litigation matters.
• Knowledge of Health Care benefits and claims adjudication process.
• Knowledge of state and federal court systems.
• Knowledge of PACER and Westlaw.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of legal litigation experience.
• 3+ years of investigative and research experience.

Education

Paralegal Certificate Required. Bachelor's Degree Or Equivalent Experience Preferred.

The typical weekly hours for this role is 29.

Time Type

This is a part-time position.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is $26.74 - $71.30.

Additional Information

This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
