About the Firm

Lamson Dugan & Murray LLP (LDM) is seeking a seasoned Litigation Paralegal to join our growing litigation practice. Interested candidates must have a paralegal certificate, bachelor’s degree or completed formal education in the legal field. LDM’s extensive experience enables the Firm to offer expertise in 25 different practice areas, allowing the Firm to remain committed to quality representation, accessibility, and relentless hard work on behalf of clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with all stages of litigation, from case inception through trial and appeal.
• Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, subpoenas, discovery requests, and correspondence.
• Manage document production, review, and organization.
• Cook up and track discovery deadlines and court filings.
• Conduct legal and factual research.
• Maintain case files and litigation databases.
• Schedule depositions, hearings, mediations, and client meetings.
• Prepare exhibits, witness files, and trial binders.
• Communicate professionally with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and vendors.

Requirements

Qualified candidates will have 2-3 years of experience working in litigation.
