Paralegal II

This role is part of our Travel Guard team. Travel Guard is a leading travel insurance brand, serving millions of leisure and business travellers worldwide. Established in 1982, we offer a comprehensive portfolio of travel insurance solutions and global assistance services. Travel Guard operates service centres across Asia, Europe, and the Americas, ensuring 24/7 support to help travellers navigate unexpected circumstances that may disrupt their plans. Travel Guard became part of Zurich Cover-More in December 2024.
Responsibilities
- Support drafting, reviewing, coordinating, and administering commercial contracts and legal documents
- Conduct legal research and prepare summaries on regulatory and legal topics under attorney guidance
- Aid in responding to regulatory inquiries and compliance-related matters
- Review marketing, advertising, and external communications materials for legal and regulatory compliance
- Cook up legal projects, including tracking deadlines, maintaining documentation, and following up on action items
- Liaise with cross-functional stakeholders to gather inputs and support efficient legal review processes
- Manage document control, including versioning, execution copies, and proper legal filing and storage
- Support contract execution processes and ensure accurate recordkeeping of finalized agreements
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and communications for attorneys, including cross-border collaboration
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the Legal team as needed
Requirements
- Paralegal certificate, associate degree, or equivalent relevant experience
- 3+ years of experience in a paralegal or legal support role
- Experience supporting contract review processes under attorney supervision
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

Skills
- Preferred: Experience supporting regulatory or compliance-related legal work

Pay
The combined salary range for this position is $80,000 - $94,000 with short-term incentive bonus eligibility set at 5%.
