Responsibilities
- Drafting correspondence, pleadings, and discovery documents
- Trial preparation including electronic presentations, coordinating witnesses, and managing trial exhibits
- Electronic filings
- Docketing court filing deadlines
- Aiding with document productions
- Other tasks as needed
Requirements
- Five or more years of experience as a litigation Paralegal in a law firm or legal department
- An Associate’s degree, or the equivalent combination of experience and education
- Paralegal Certificate preferred
- Experience supporting one or more of the following practice group(s) required: Litigation, Health Care
- Proficiency in federal Electronic Filing
- Experience with eDiscovery software; familiarity with Relativity preferred
- Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Adobe Acrobat
- Experience using a legal time and billing system
- Experience with trial presentation software preferred
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Motivated, self-directed individual with ability to anticipate and resolve issues
- Ability to prioritize work projects and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Must be a team player, willing to help other team members during peak times
Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a background check

Pay
$60,000 - $80,000 annually
