Health Professional (LPN or RN)
Location(s): Frank Jacinto Elementary School for Autism
About the role
The successful candidate will provide nursing care to students with autism spectrum disorder in a school setting. The position requires a current valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license from the State of Ohio Board of Nursing.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to students with autism spectrum disorder
- Administer medications as prescribed by a physician
- Assist with daily living activities and personal hygiene
- Document patient care in accordance with healthcare standards
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
Requirements
- Current valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license from the State of Ohio Board of Nursing
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder is preferred

Pay
Probationary Rate (first 180 days) = $23.99 per hour
Standard Rate (after 180 days) = $27.96 per hour
Schedule
Monday - Friday
8 hours per day
196 work days per school year
Note: If hired after the start of the school year, the number of work days for the 2026/27 school year will be pro-rated to the date-of-hire.
