Department/Role Overview
We are currently seeking a paralegal to join our Global Structured Products group. Our team specializes in structured products, offering transactional and structuring advice to leading international banks. The team handles a wide range of structured products, including notes, warrants, certificates, structured bank deposits, and various asset classes.
Core Responsibilities
- Draft deal documents by conducting market research and incorporating economic terms.
- Communicate regularly with clients and other legal counsels regarding outstanding deals.
- Aid in the filing of deals with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
- Maintain detailed records of client deal history and perform crucial administrative duties.
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college/university (preferably in Economics, Finance or related fields)
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- An interest in financial markets
- Capacity to work in a team setting and perform tasks/projects independently
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with Bloomberg Terminal or other programming languages is a plus but not required
- Availability to support early operations and work a considerable amount of overtime
- An interest in pursuing law school or a career in law/finance is a plus

Pay
The salary range for the role is $60,060 to $65,000.
