Responsibilities
- Draft: Irrevocable Medicaid Asset Protection Trusts (MAPTs)
- Revocable Living Trusts
- Supplemental Needs Trusts (SNTs)
- Wills, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Proxies, and Living Wills
- Communicate directly with clients regarding estate planning matters
- Aid attorneys with document preparation and case/client management including scheduling appointments
Qualifications
- 5+ years of elder law and estate planning experience
- Strong experience drafting MAPTs, revocable trusts, and SNTs
- Excellent written, verbal, and client service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HotDocs
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
