Trusts & Estates Paralegal

Responsibilities

• Draft revocable, irrevocable, and other complex trust agreements.
• Prepare wills, powers of attorney, health care proxies, and related estate planning documents.
• Aid attorneys with advanced estate planning strategies.
• Prepare trust funding documents, deeds, assignments, and beneficiary designations.
• Cook up document execution and maintain organized client files.
• Show empathetic communication.
• Assist with trust and estate administration as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Trusts & Estates paralegal experience.
• Strong background in drafting complex trust and estate planning documents.
• Knowledge of estate planning, trust administration.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay

$43.95 - $54.95 per hour
