Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical case files
- Track court deadlines, discovery obligations, hearings, and other key dates
- Conduct legal and factual research related to active matters
- Assist with document review and discovery management
- Prepare exhibits, hearing materials, deposition materials, and trial binders
- Transcribe and format legal documents and correspondence as needed
- Support attorneys with case strategy, hearings, depositions, and trial preparation
- Communicate with clients, courts, vendors, and opposing counsel when appropriate
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with professional and ethical standards
- Manage multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy and timely completion of assignments
- Assist attorneys with preparing pleadings, contracts, discovery responses, correspondence, and other legal documents
Requirements
- Paralegal certificate required
- Prior paralegal or legal case-management experience in a law office preferred
- Experience with commercial litigation, legal malpractice, employment, corporate, or contract matters is a plus

Pay
$70,000 - $85,000 per year
