Pay
$75,000.00 USD Annually - $80,000.00 USD Annually
Responsibilities
- Report to trial attorney
- Draft correspondence, pleadings, discovery, and motions
- Discovery Deadline Discovery Production
- Extensive contact with clients and physician offices
- Manage pre-litigated cases and cases for litigation
- Review and Analyze case files
- Analyze and assemble clients’ medical records
- Research and resolve governmental tax liens
- Correspond with defense counsel as needed
- Analyze wage loss portion of clients’ claims
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 4-5 years’ experience with catastrophic injury civil litigation matters
- Excellent organizational, time management, research and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrate compassion and understanding to our clients
- Must be a self-starter
- The ability to work independently
- Strong computer skills
- Must be a team player
- Case management software experience is also a plus
