Paraeducator - Resource Room

Paraeducators are hired for a position; building assignment is subject to change.

Schedule

• 3.0 hours per day (8:45 AM – 11:45 AM)
• Monday – Friday
• 180 work days per year

Pay

Starting pay: $28.09 per hour (Para 2, 2026–27 school year rates). For the complete salary schedule and Collective Bargaining Agreement, visit the Human Resources website under “Resources.”

Qualifications

To be eligible for employment, candidates must upload to their application:

• A copy of their high school diploma and
• Documentation of one of the following:
  • A copy of an official college transcript indicating an AA degree or higher, or
  • 72 quarter or 48 semester credits earned in 100-level and higher courses, or
  • Official documentation of a passing score on a Washington State–approved assessment*
