About the Role

Paraeducator - PE / VAPA for Elementary Sites. Under the direction of an assigned supervisor, assist a certificated teacher in reinforcing instruction to individual or small groups of students; assist in the preparation of instructional materials; provide routine clerical support. Duties will be commensurate with demonstrated ability, training, education, and experience.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Pass the district paraeducator exam (given every Thursday at 1 PM at the PRJUSD District Office, 800 Niblick Rd, Paso Robles), OR have 48 (or more) college units as demonstrated on college transcripts.

Pay

Classified Salary Schedule #3 - Range 16 ($19.09 - $25.59 per hour). Pay dependent on experience.

Schedule

193 days / 6 hours per day / 10 months. Part-time position.
