Paraeducator-ELD (Part-time)

Lateral transfer posting for the first 3 days (8/24/2026 – 8/26/2026). Promotional/qualified internal applicants considered after no lateral interest – 5 days (8/24/2026 – 8/28/2026). Outside applicants considered after all qualified in-district applicants are interviewed.

Pay

$19.57 - $23.81 per hour (5-step increments per contract; highest placement with experience is step 3).

Schedule

3.75 hours per day / 180 days per year.

Requirements

• High School diploma (or equivalent), AND
• 48 college units or Associate or Bachelor’s degree, OR
• Passing score (70% in both ELA and Math) on the Paraprofessional Exam administered by the Sutter County Superintendent of Schools.

Proof of this requirement must be attached to the application (college transcripts or Paraprofessional Exam passing letter).
