Paraeducator

The 6.25-hour paraeducator supports student learning and the daily operations of Franklin Elementary. Primary responsibilities include providing small-group academic intervention and targeted student support, assisting with library operations, and providing student supervision during recess, lunch, arrival, dismissal, and other assigned times. This position works collaboratively with teachers, specialists, and other staff to support student learning, safety, and success throughout the school day. Flexibility, strong relationships with students, and a willingness to jump in where needed are important parts of this role.
