At Boston Speech Therapy, we are seeking a passionate and dedicated Para Professional who will support staff for school classroom in providing individualized assistance to students with diverse learning needs in both classroom and therapeutic settings. Your commitment will make a significant difference in the educational experience of our students. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the delivery of instructional activitiesProvide one-on-one support to students, helping them to engage and succeed in their learning environmentHelp manage classroom behavior and promote positive interactions among studentsSupport the implementation of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)Assist with student assessments, data collection, and record-keepingCollaborate with teachers and support staff to create a supportive and effective learning atmosphere Requirements Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Education or a related field preferredPrevious experience working with children, particularly in special education settings, is a plusStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively with teachers and other professionalsPatience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help students succeedKnowledge of behavior management techniques is beneficial Benefits 1099 position $27 per hour Full-Time
