Paper Machine Supervisor - Wichita, KS

About the role

This is an excellent opportunity for growth and leadership in a well-established mill. This is a rotating shift position: Work 14 days out of a 28 day schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage paper machine operations
• Provide technical guidance and training to team members
• Conduct regular process reviews and implement improvements
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production

Requirements

• At least 3 years of paper machine operations experience
• Proven leadership as a Supervisor, Lead, or Engineer in the paper industry
• Strong knowledge of paper machine processes, troubleshooting, and optimization
• Excellent communication and team management skills
• Ability to work rotating shifts and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• College degree in a related field preferred
• Experience with paper machine maintenance and repair
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements
