Responsibilities

• Supervise paper machine operations
• Troubleshoot and optimize paper machine processes
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage and lead a team

Requirements

• At least 3 years of paper machine operations experience
• Proven leadership as a Supervisor, Lead, or Engineer in the paper industry
• Strong knowledge of paper machine processes, troubleshooting, and optimization
• Excellent communication and team management skills
• Ability to work rotating shifts

Schedule

Rotating shift: Work 14 days out of a 28-day schedule.

Pay

$125,000 per year
