Key Responsibilities As The Paper Machine Manager Lead overall paper mill operations to meet production, quality, safety, and cost targetsLead and develop teams across multiple levels, including operators, supervisors, and superintendentsMonitor and improve key operating metrics, productivity, reliability, and efficiencyDrive root-cause problem solving and continuous improvement initiativesChampion safety, quality, compliance, and environmental standardsCollaborate with Maintenance, Engineering, Reliability, and Quality teams to improve mill performanceProvide leadership and direction for capital projects, modernization, and operational improvements. Minimum Requirements For This Paper Machine Manager Strong paper manufacturing experience requiredBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Paper Science, Chemical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Reliability, or related field preferredMinimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in a paper manufacturing environmentDemonstrated experience leading operators, supervisors, and/or superintendentsStrong technical and operational knowledge of paper manufacturingTissue/Towel experience strongly preferredProven leadership, communication, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skillsStable career progression and demonstrated success taking on increasing responsibilityMust be willing to relocate and work on-site.
