The Schedule
- Days Shift | Full Time: 6:00am - 2:00pm | Thursday - Monday
- Off: Tuesday & Wednesday
- Must be open and flexible to work outside of the primary schedule based on the business needs
The Day-to-day
- Prepare and set up cold food stations with salads, seafood, appetizers, cold meats, cheeses, fresh fruit, desserts, and other menu items
- Follow standardized recipes to ensure consistent quality, flavor, and presentation
- Maintain appropriate food quantities while minimizing waste and overproduction
- Work efficiently in both front-of-house display stations and back-of-house prep areas
- Ensure cold stations, walk-in coolers, and reach-in refrigerators remain clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Properly label, rotate, and store food items in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Monitor inventory levels and adjust production based on business demands
- Collaborate with chefs and fellow culinary team members to support seamless meal service
- Uphold all company, health, and safety standards throughout each shift
