About the role
The Pantry Cook/Garde Manger at Le Depot Brasserie is responsible for preparing and maintaining a variety of food items, ensuring that all products meet high standards of quality and presentation.
Responsibilities
- Prepares and maintains a variety of food items, including salads, sandwiches, and cold appetizers.
- Ensures all products meet high standards of quality and presentation.
- Works closely with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef to develop new recipes and improve existing ones.
- Assists in inventory management and ordering supplies.
- Follows all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar kitchen position.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety regulations.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.

Pay

Schedule
Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM.
