Kitchen Steward - Beau Rivage

The Job

The Kitchen Steward at MGM Resorts International is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of dishes, glassware, and flatware in the dish area. Key responsibilities include:

• Loading, unloading, catching, and sorting dishes, glassware, and flatware as they are brought to the dish area.
• Transporting equipment such as hot and cold boxes, speed racks, Queen Marys, and push carts between different areas.
• Removing trash, garbage, and placing it in designated containers.
• Steaming and hosing out garbage cans.
• Sweeping and mopping floors and washing floor mats.
• Cleaning baseboards, floor drains, hand sinks, tables, and cutting boards.

The Ideal Candidate

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Takes pride in their work.
• Knowledgeable of health and safety regulations.
• Detail-oriented.
• Has working knowledge of basic kitchen equipment.
